Advanced Reading Therapy utilizes technology to aid struggling adult readers in comprehending paragraph- and multi-paragraph-level passages. It promotes metacognitive awareness through self-ratings, tests comprehension with comprehension questions, and enables greater success and independence with helpful hints. Score reports make it easy to monitor progress along the three graded levels:

• Level 1: Shorter passages of 50 words or less, written at a reading level of Grade 0 – 1. Three comprehension questions follow each passage.
• Level 2: Medium passages of 50-150 words, written at a reading level of Grade 2 – 3. Four questions assess comprehension.
• Level 3: More challenging passages, preparing you for the texts you want to read. These passages consist of 150 – 600 words and have a reading level of Grade 3 – 6. Each passage is accompanied by five comprehension questions.
